Broken-in boots, warm layers & down jacket, rain shell, headlamp, water bottle/purification, sunhat & sunscreen, personal first-aid and any medication.

Permits

ACAP (Annapurna Conservation Area Permit) and a licensed guide are included and mandatory.

Not suitable for

Travellers with serious heart or lung conditions, or anyone unwilling to walk 5–7 hours a day at altitude.
